Summer Camp Counsellor

Summer Camp Counsellor

We are looking for enthusiastic camp counsellors to teach at 3-10 week summer camps in China, Japan or Taiwan as part of the Abridge EduCamp program.

Depending on the camp and exact role, you could be responsible for:

  • Planning, preparing and teaching classroom English lessons
  • Leading subject-based projects (generally in STEM subjects)
  • Coaching sports or outdoor adventure activities
  • Assisting with extracurricular activities and sports

The total duration of the program varies from 3-10 weeks (typically around 5-6 weeks) from early July until late August. During this time, you will typically teach at multiple camp sessions, each lasting 5-10 days, with a short break between each. Working hours will vary between camps and exact job role, but should not exceed 40 hours per week, including up to 25 teaching hours.
