Founded in 2008, Dang Tuan Language Center (DTLC) is a English language school based in Hai Phong. It has 3 branches in Hai Phong and also works with local primary and high schools to teach English. In the five years since being founded its taught over 80,000 students and currently has 25 full time teaching staff.
