Oxford International Education Group (ISISTefl): Oxford Centre
Oxford International Education Group (formerly ISIS Education) is a highly respected name in the industry, with year-round study centres in London, Brighton and Oxford - and one of the largest summer school programmes in the UK. Our training departments run internationally recognized, certificated and practical courses to develop the English language teachers of the future. Our initial teacher training course, the Trinity CertTESOL, is all you need to get your new career started, and see the world. If you are already experienced in TEFL, you can build on your skills and prepare for jobs in academic management by working towards the Trinity Diploma in TESOL - currently available for £1600 excluding exam fees. We also offer tailor-made courses for groups of teachers to suit their specific purposes, combining academia, culture and tours. Whatever your motivation, our team of professional trainers will help you fulfill your ambitions.
The TEFL Academy: Oxford Centre
The TEFL Academy is the UK's leading TEFL course provider. Our courses are designed to effectively teach our students the fundamental skills to enable them to be successful at teaching English as a foreign language (TEFL).
There are many TEFL course providers operating in the UK. With so much choice, and with such a vast amount of conflicting information available on the internet, it can be hard for prospective TEFL course students to make the right choice. The TEFL Academy's combined 120 hour TEFL course aims to provide students with accurate information, skills and training to ensure they leave the academy with a sound understanding of teaching English, as well as a clearer picture of the TEFL industry as a whole.
The TEFL Academy specialises in TEFL courses and nothing else. TEFL is not only in our name, but it is also the backbone of our academy. All of our trainers are experienced EFL professionals. They have all qualified as TEFL teachers themselves, gained years of actual teaching experience and are now passing on their working knowledge to our TEFL course students.
Accreditation is a major factor that should be considered when choosing a TEFL course. There are many organisations, based both in the UK and abroad, that accredit TEFL courses. When choosing a course you should remember that potential employers are likely to be based outside the UK. This means that accreditation organisations based in the UK may not be recognised by employers abroad. This is why The TEFL Academy is fully accredited by the World TEFL Accrediting Commission (WTEFLAC). The WTEFLAC is an international body that accredits and regulates TEFL courses. In addition we are accredited by TQUK, an Ofqual regulated awarding body.
